Practical Solutions That Represented Value to Our Clients Include:

Developed and executed a pivot from Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to a provider pharmacy risk management for patients in care transitions that culminated in our successful negotiation and subsequent multi-state contract with Optum Health for a tech start-up.
Identified and eliminated managed care adoption barriers for a Temple University COPD program through adjusted messaging that established a commitment from an MCO for program use.
Created proposal messaging and research support, including development of a salary justification model, for a DOD client’s successful Medical Q-Coded Services (MQS) contract to provide staffing for health services staff at military treatment facilities.

State Medicaid contract wins that featured:

  • Assistance with the acquisition of the Commonwealth of Virginia Foster care program contract through the creation of effective messaging around an emerging Trauma Informed Care (TIC) approach.
  • Development and articulation of a network acquisition approach for a non-incumbent MCO that was selected as a managed Medicaid provider by the state of Nevada.
